How to earn miles

You start collect your miles after registration in Programme.

Miles are credited to you account for the actually flown flight segment for fully paid regular flight with AeroSvit / Donbassaero / Dniproavia.

The number of miles credited for the regular flights depends on the miles distance between a point of departure and point of arrival, which are indicated on the ticket, and may accrue miles minimum or fixed number of miles on certain destinations.

We award you even more for tickets in business class of service and high revenue economy class!

The mileage is multiplied by the booking class factor according to the flight class paid and indicated on the ticket.

Otherwise, the published minimum miles or fixed rates are credited. AeroSvit/ Donbassaero/ Dniproavia reserves the right to change the applicable multiplier and booking classes for the mileage credit for certain destinations.

Mileage accrual procedure

Miles for flights performed with AeroSvit/ Donbassaero / Dniproavia airlines automatically comes to the member’s account after the actual date of flight performed, provided in case while booking or purchasing a ticket Meridian membership card or membership number has been presented and the number was inserted into reservation system.

For any reason it is recommended to a member to keep his/her full flight documentation (passenger’s receipt and boarding passes for each segment flown) after each actual flight flown.

Other Ways to Earn Miles

Every Meridian member can accrual miles by using Meridian Non-Airline Partner services.

Retroactive mileage crediting

Within 6 months after the flight was performed with AeroSvit Airlines or Meridian Programme airline-partner, flight documentation will be accepted for any request for miles were not credited automatically to Meridian account. In this case, we kindly ask you to provide Meridian Service Center the following documents:

- Please, fill in an application for retroactive credit of miles
- Original/ copy of passenger’s receipt plus original/ copy of boarding passes for each segment flown

AeroSvit Airlines flight documentation: the subsequent data checks and confirmation are to be proceeded within 14 days after the full flight documentation received by Meridian Service Centre, in case when not full flight documentation received by Meridian Service Centre it takes 30 days.

Meridian Partner Airlines flight documentation: the subsequent data checks and confirmation are to be proceeded within 45 days after the full flight documentation received by Meridian Service Centre.

There is no guarantee from Airlines’ sides for crediting of miles for a flight claimed when both passenger’s receipt and boarding passes are missing
