Transportation conditions of unaccompanied childrenUnaccompanied by parents / guardians or authorized representatives of parents / guardians are accepted under the terms of the following: - Transportation is coordinated with the Airline; - Parents / guardians or their legal representatives completed and signed application for carriage of unaccompanied children; - Parents / guardians or their legal representatives provided all necessary travel documents; - Parents / guardians or their legal representatives have paid all amounts required for the transportation of the child; - Parents / guardians or their legal representatives will deliver a child at the airport in sufficient time for check-in and all necessary formalities and they will remain at the airport before departure of the flight; - Parents / guardians or their legal representatives will arrive at the airport to meet the child before the actual arrival time of flight, which the child is carried; - Transfer is not associated with moving to another terminal / airport and / or transfer the child to another air carrier except airlines of the Ukrainian Aviation Group; - Transfer the child does not provide the accommodation in the point of transfer; - Transportation of the child is confirmed for the whole route; - Parents / guardians or their authorized representatives agree to pay all costs of return transportation of the child (food, hotel, ticket, etc.) in the case if the child is not met at the airport of destination or the personal information of the person who will meet the child at the airport of destination does not match the information provided by parents / guardians or their legal representatives in the Statement of carriage of unaccompanied children.
