Web Check-in

Important notice!!! You must to print out the boarding pass immediately during the online check in. There is no possibility to save the boarding pass, to print it later or to send it by e-mail. Without printed boarding pass the online check in process is not completed and you will have to check in at the airport.

• Take our Web Check-In advantages: Web check-in is possible on the flights from the next airports: Kiev (airport Borispol), Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Simferopol*, Moscow (Vnukovo, Sheremetyevo), Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Almaty, Astana, Yerevan, Chisinau, Bishkek, Budapest*, Tbilisi, Warsaw, Vilnius, Kaliningrad, Lvov*
• If ticket is issued more than 24 hours before departure - web check-in begins 20 hours before the flight;
• If ticket is issued less tnan 24 hours before departure - web check-in begins 3 hours before the flight;
• Web check-in closes 2 hours and 40 minutes prior to flight.
• You travel with an electronic ticket.
• You do not need any special requirements or additional services (wheelchair, medical assistance, escort for an unaccompanied minor, you travel with pets etc).
• If you travel with a carry-on baggage – the carry-on baggage size and weight must not exceed the established by Airlines norms.
• If you travel with luggage - you must hand over your luggage to the specially baggage desk or to the check-in desk at the airport.
• The established by Airlines norms of Free checked baggage transportation are valid
• The reception of luggage is closed 60 minutes prior to the flight.
• Please, print out your boarding pass. Boarding pass is required for following all the formalities at the airport.
• For providing the flight safety the Airline reserves a right to change your seat reserved during the check-in procedure.
• Please be informed that web check-in is not available on the following routes: London , New York , Toronto , Delhi , Beijing .
